Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. We rent out our charming attic apartment, 52 m². It consists of kitchen/living room/bedroom/bathroom and guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and separate shower invites you to dream. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with lake and mountain views. Nonnenhorn is a lively wine village directly on Lake Constance between Lindau and Friedrichshafen. There are a variety of possibilities for leisure activities.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Our cozy DG apartment in modern style offers a cozy, quiet retreat with a covered balcony and mountain views on 45 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, microwave, dishwasher and many more. We are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair on request, as we ourselves have 2 small children. Information about the TOURIST TAX in the section "further information." There is no additional cleaning fee!

Room to dream

The cosy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.
