Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. In the apartment in Nowhuset you get available over a large living room with reclining chairs, sofa, TV and workspace for two and a bedroom with a wide double bed (can be separated into two single beds). In addition, your own tip-top-modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - for access to the washer and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.
