A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The property contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The plot is surrounded by tall trees and on the other side of the road there is a forest/nature area and with a sandy beach only 500 meters away, so here you are very close to nature.

It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows etc. SMEG kitchen appliances.
