You can walk, hike, run and cycle (mountain bike) and swim. Train station 1 km. Shopping 800 m. The property is located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg and Randers. If you are a large family or a smaller group (max 8), Sophielund is the perfect place for fun and activities. Charging of electric car - on Østergade or at the local Brugs - about 700 meters from the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the top floor of the home, there are great views of the fields and forests, where we often see deer and other animals. Eat out when the weather permits at the lovely garden furniture set right outside the door. There are sleeping spaces on each floor, so if you are two couples, or two colleagues, or parents and older children, you can sleep separately. We have agriculture, so there is the possibility of spotting a tractor or other agricultural machinery in action.

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
