Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

You have an entire apartment with terrace for yourself. In front of the apartment you can park two cars and have access by keypad around the clock. The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer.
