It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

L'appartamento si trova nel più antico edificio di Crescentino, costruito nel corso del 1200. Affacciato sulla piazza centrale del paese, è nelle immediate vicinanze di negozi, bar e ristoranti. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi
