首先要特別強調，這棟建築物是用貨櫃屋設計有獨立衛浴，會有隔音比較差跟房間空間過小問題，設計理念很簡單，只是覺得走遍世界各地，住遍大小房源，旅行的目的雖然是放鬆，但同時也是增廣見聞的開始，所以才會決定以貨櫃屋修飾水泥板方式去呈現，希望提供住宿不同的體驗。 102房在不大的空間上，透過實木格柵，又特別區分出睡眠與閱讀兩區，特別展示有別於一般住家的格局，因只有一個靠牆的對外窗，陽光並非特別充足，但特意導入爬滿爬牆虎的磚牆，是喜歡奇異設計人的最愛，但因為在1F位置，所以在103跟105有房客的情況下，上下樓梯的聲音會特別明顯。
