You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. A 10/15min de Dijon, en voiture, dans un village calme, logement d'environ 50 m2 avec mezzanine, dans une grange rénovée à neuf. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. ( frigo-congèle, four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes). Sdb avec douche et WC. Pour les couchages, un lit 2 personnes se trouve en mezzanine et un canapé convertible dans le séjour. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Wi-fi ou non.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Your 34 square metre, single-storey accommodation will be privatised on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area.
