It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided.
