"The little mountain retreat"

This a small 20m2 self contained studio. On the ground floor there is a sitting area with a sofa, a dinning table for two & a small kitchen area with 2 ringed hob, fridge slow cooker, , Microwave, kettle & toaster. Upstairs there is a double bed , shower ,toilet & sink. Outside there is a private garden with patio area, picnic table, charcoal BBQ & fantastic south facing mountain views. Mud cottage on the mountain at the foot of Sant Julia ,on a beautiful hillside with lots of greenery and views of the Pyrenees, from which you can see Coma Negra Canigu and a wide panoramic view of the northern part of the GARROTXA. near Sant Jaume de Llierca. It is accessed by a 6 km slope, altitude 500m. It is a great area for all kinds of excursions. There is a cerquita rio with crystal wells and in an hour you can sunbathe on the beach ,Costa Brava.
