Wonderful villa with huge yard, close to the beach

A wonderfully built spacious villa (170 sqm) with 4 bedrooms, a huge green garden and one of Greece's most beutiful sandy beaches (Potamos-see photo!) just a 5 min walk from the house! The house has 2 Queen size beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 King size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and 1 single bed (90 cm x 2.00 m) and is ideal for two families. 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 playcorner, 2 balconies, 1 big terrace. . There is an environmental tax of 15 euros per day, not included in the price

Amazing new modern house, spacious (180m2) and fully equipped with all amenities that are necessary to feel at home. Two living rooms and two extra equipped kitchens on 3 floors and 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Especially you will enjoy your coffee on the patio facing the lush greenery or eating breakfast in the backyard among the flowers. Location is great, very quite but in 10 minutes you will be on Potamos beach which is organized with many bars, sandy with clean, warm waters.

It's located in the city centre and the beach is ideal for families looking for quite holiday.Super markets beach bars and taverns are availiable within walking from the flat. The flat has two bedroom,a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, wc and shower. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from Thessaloniki!
