Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.
