If you come here, you are not looking for a luxury loft, but real well-being. A place that doesn't have to prove anything, but has a lot to give: peace, strength, a garden full of fruit trees and the real feeling of having arrived.

Parking is available right outside the door. In summer, a small outdoor area with a table is available outside the door. Within walking distance is Schwerin Zoo and a climbing forest. The city center can be reached quickly by car, bicycle or public transport. Right on the beach there is a restaurant and café.

We offer you a vacation home with a total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms (1 each with shutters), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, sandpit, terrace, roof terrace, e-charging station and a wheelchair-accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
