Hilltop Wellness Villa Beautiful big house on the edge of the forest, a few steps from the Pécs Zoo. The house is comfortable for up to 10 people (plus a baby). The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

There is 1 bedroom with a French bed and a   gallery bed (3 people), a living room with an L-shaped large opening bed. Well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker,   kettle, microwave, hob,  oven,  fridge. We provide the ingredients for coffee and tea free of charge. For our guests, WIFI, Cable TV use.

Az felső szintje max. 8 személynek kényelmes, viszont, ha többen jönnétek, akkor ajánlom a szállás két másik szintjét: BB1, ahol 4 és BB2, ahol 8 fő fér el pluszban. Ha egy nyugodt helyre vágysz, ajánlom ezt a helyet: családbarát, a tó 5 perc sétányira van, közelében éttermek és a kisbolt is megtalálható. Konyhával, fürdőszobával felszerelt, terasszal is rendelkezik. A kertben lehetőség nyílik nyársalni, grillezni.

I look forward to welcoming everyone to my fully renovated apartment near the city center. The apartment has Netflix and Disney+ streaming subscriptions and Wi-Fi for relaxation. The kitchen is highly equipped, it is possible to cook and bake. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Nearby are a café, bakery, confectionery, convenience store, tobacco shop, drugstore, laundry, gym, bus stops and pharmacy. Pets can be brought on request.
