The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

Our apartment Seepanorama in the Villa Hirschfisch is perfect for individualists who appreciate an exceptional vacation home. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people. You have a unique view of the lake through the panoramic windows. The cozy conservatory with dining table and fireplace invites you to social evenings. You can chill wonderfully in the living room and in the garden. The proximity to the lake and mountains offers countless leisure activities.

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hundreds of meals have been prepared here for the castle's employees. We offer a cozy living kitchen, with small nods to kitchen utensils and on the walls is an ode to Austrian delicacies. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
