Eine stilvolle Sauna mit malerischem Ausblick vervollständigt unser Unterkircher Chalet.

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Das frisch sanierte Häuschen ist ca. 55 qm groß und verfügt über ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett (160x200cm). Im kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küche befindet sich eine gemütliche Schlafcouch, Smart TV, Essplatz und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten: Großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ceranherd, Backofen, normale Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. sind vorhanden. An kalten Wintertagen schafft der Kamin eine behagliche Atmosphäre.

Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
