Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

It is a prefect getaway for 1 to no more than 4 people and is within 20 minutes of Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 10 minutes from market/gas. Areas to hike are close by or accessible via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is an hour north on BR Parkway, Carl Sandburg is about an hour South. Everyone is welcome.
