A cozy Swiss-style cabin built with pine wood and recently remodeled. It has large spaces, a modern kitchen with a bar/breakfast bar, a beautiful garden with fruit trees, a covered terrace, an indoor and outdoor dining room, a fireplace, and a barbecue. The decor features elements of Swiss origin. This listing includes the main cabin and the separate "suite" (King Size bed and its bathroom) IMPORTANT: the house comfortably accommodates 12, 14 is already somewhat tight (absolute limit of the house)

Nearby is the entrance to Monte Alto to climb the mountain on foot or by bicycle, from above you can admire the lake of Valle de Bravo and paraglide. There is a bike path at the entrance of the place. 15 minutes from Avándaro and 20 from the center of Valle. You'll enjoy it!

Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You will need to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.

Our price is based on occupancy for 2, from 3 people there is a fee per additional guest, the space allows up to 4. Views of the lake, tall pine trees, valley and mountains. The atmosphere and purpose of our house is rest, disconnection and tranquility. If your "mood" were alcohol and excessive music, we are definitely NOT the right space.
