This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!
