The house was used for retail trade in 1906-1928 and the village's tanner made the necessary leather accessories for the people of Nastola. Nearby is the Pajulahden Urheiluopisto with its adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus connection to the city are only 600 m away.

Upstairs there is a double bed and a 110 cm sofa bed. Downstairs there is a separate bedroom with 2 double beds 140 cm wide. In addition, the living room has a 100 cm wide bed and the living room sofa can accommodate 1-2 people. Beach sauna and terrace areas with dining areas and sofa groups. Hot tub and outdoor shower.
