The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

The whole place is air-conditioned. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. And an attractive mezzanine with a mesh for lying under a glass roof. Outside, there is a 40 sqm larch wood terrace. The beach is 150 m away. The beach has attractions for children, floating equipment, and a newly opened luxury restaurant.

Hof Sandsee is located in the Puszcza Notecka forest area. Pine forests alternate here with the floodplains of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. The part shared with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which stairs lead to the first floor. Due to the fact that we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not agree to the organization of events.
