We are situated just off the beaten track, close to both Luz and Lagos. Set in the grounds of our own Quinta, a tranquil location with great views. Restaurants and beaches within easy reach. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space, and the fantastic sunsets.

Beach House by the sea

The beach house is situated a few feet away from the sea so perfect if you want to roll out of bed for that early morning swim! It is only a 1 min walk into town and a 5 min walk to the main beach yet is in a peaceful and quiet part of town. It is a quaint terraced house with a rustic beach house charm, with outstanding views of the sea from the top terrace. There is only 1 house between our house and the sea, but no road, just a cobbled path opening out to enjoy the full views of the sea.

Casa Ivana-liegt im ruhigen Ort Budens am Rande der Costa Vicentina und wurde 2014 mit viel Liebe restauriert. Unsere Casa ist mit jeglichem modernen Komfort ausgestattet und dennoch haben wir Wert darauf gelegt den Charme und den Charakter des typischen, alten, portugiesischen Hauses zu erhalten. Das Dorf Budens ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen an der Süd/West Algarve, schnell ist man an Surfstränden, es ist eine tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ins Hinterland.

Excelente casa ( Cottage) tipicamente Portuguesa inserida numa aldeia algarvia a somente 2 km da praia da luz de carro e a 5 km das praias de Lagos. A poucos minutos caminhando de um mini mercado, cafés e restaurantes. Este espaço irá proporcionar-lhe o descanso que necessita para uns dias relaxantes envolvidos na natureza e no campo. Poderá estacionar o carro dentro da propriedade para sua melhor segurança. Estarei sempre disponível 24 Horas no caso de alguma urgência.

I turned the house and cottage in a high quality property, although still retaining its charm. The cottage is situated on the side of the main house.
