Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The kitchen is designed in a modern Nordic style, featuring a wooden countertop and a wall with cooking utensils. A built-in oven and a stylish range hood are visible, complemented by pendant lighting. Large windows provide natural light, enhancing the inviting cooking space.

Our detached wooden house "Kleine Auszeit" is located in beautiful nature in the Extertal vacation park directly by the forest and was completely renovated by us with a lot of love for detail in our own work in the Nordic style. An extensively equipped kitchen, fireplace, bed linens/towels included, 2 beautiful terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and views leave nothing to be desired and invite you to cook and relax together. The hiking trails are very close.
