There is a double bed made of 2 simple beds in one room, in the walk-through the room there are 2 simple beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house that is surrounded by forests and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, look at Tang roofed houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be purchased depending on the season.

One of the last 20 houses with a seaweed roof. The house was renovated in 2019 with new underfloor heating, electricity, water and drainage. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and partially reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The previous owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. The villa is located in the village of Vesterø with a short distance to shops, restaurants and the spa. The pier and the harbor are only 5 minutes from the house and a free bus that takes you to the rest of the island goes right outside. There is plenty of space in the house for two families on vacation.

Kanonhuset

On Læsø, you will find this unique cannon house from 1777, a former tanghus (tong house) that with its rich history and characteristic architecture was one of the island's most photographed buildings. The house has many old preserved details. Inside, you will find an authentic atmosphere, where originality is preserved with respect for the soul of the house. The original rafters are made of old ship masts. The annex is made with a covered outdoor kitchen at one end and a wilderness stove on the terrace and a shower with cold and hot water at the other end

At the end of the cul-de-sac is this beautiful and stylishly decorated log house with direct access to the protected nature area - the Professor's Plantation - and with only 500m to the lovely, child-friendly Kattegat on a private and direct path. The house has only one neighbor on one side and is located on the other side of a beautiful natural area, where you can often see wildlife. There are great opportunities for walking to both the water and in the plantation just as there are many great MTB opportunities

Renovated in 2016 with a new kitchen and in 2021 is upgraded with a new roof, windows, doors and larger sunny wooden terraces with fine FDB outdoor furniture. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the house. For the kids there is a trampoline, swing stand and sandbox. There are duvets and pillows, but remember to bring bed linens and towels.

Deer often come by. Hals Skolevej is 5 minutes by car from Byrum where there is a gourmet butcher and shopping. 10-15 drive from all Læsø's fine bathing beaches.
