There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, look at Tang roofed houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and partially reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The previous owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. On Læsø, you will find this unique cannon house from 1777, a former tanghus (tong house) that with its rich history and characteristic architecture was one of the island's most photographed buildings. The house has many old preserved details. Inside, you will find an authentic atmosphere, where originality is preserved with respect for the soul of the house. The original rafters are made of old ship masts. The annex is made with a covered outdoor kitchen at one end and a wilderness stove on the terrace and a shower with cold and hot water at the other end
