Thanks to this space in a strategic position, you won't have to give up anything. We are in the heart of the historic center, everything is within walking distance, but in a quiet area in a historic building with a fresco that was found and restored, all furnished with antique furniture, while the bathrooms are all new with fine finishes, a lovely place to start to get to know Rome, the attic is located between Castel San Angelo and Piazza Navona in front of a delightful little square

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.

Exceptional near Vatican flat with swimming pool

An outstanding apartment located in a luxury residence surrounded by a lush garden with an amazing balcony view with the blue swimming pool, I sharing with the neighbours, in front of a lush park. Relax yourself by the pool when you come back home. The apartment furnished with care, holds antique and modern furniture of value. A private car lot is available for the guests coming by car.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
