The house is located in the heart of Fiumicino, 20 meters from the Port of Fiumicino. It's only 10 minutes to FCO. Everything from restaurants to bars is within walking distance. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away as is public transport. There is free parking near the port. Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.
