I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views near the Alpsee, Immenstadt in the Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

I offer a nice small but functionally and cozily furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, small kitchen corner with induction plate, coffee maker, large Fridge, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, DW telephone, baby/children's bed additionally available on request, bathroom/WC with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Chalet Fleckner - Alpine hut at Jaufenpass

Detached chalet in the middle of the fascinating South Tyrolean mountains at 2100 m above sea level near the Jaufen Pass (Passo Giovo). Wide view over the entire Passeiertal on untouched herb meadows in relaxing tranquility. In winter, guests have direct access to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. Skis can be put on in front of the cabin and the fun on the slopes can start immediately! Alternatively, extended winter hiking or ski tours can be undertaken in the deep snow.

Idyllically located home overlooking the Ifen

Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artist's workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with unobstructed views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesacker Plateau. Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. Super accessible by car and public transport: the bus stop is within sight, a private parking lot in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

Daily bread service on request and high-quality carpenter furniture, comfortable beds and extensive amenities await you. A PV system and 2 wall boxes are also available.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
