Bellissima mansarda openspace con terrazza sul tetto con vista sulla baia mozzafiato, luminosissima e completamente nuova, oggetto veramente particolare nel suo genere. La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. E' fornita di tutti i comfort e dispone di parcheggio privato incluso all'interno della proprietà.

Monolocale in casale a pochi passi dal mare

Ci piace definirlo “Nido d’amore” ideale per le coppie che vogliono godersi un week end romantico. L'appartamento è molto fresco nel periodo estivo, caldo e accogliente anche nei periodi più freddi grazie ad efficienti pannelli di riscaldamento. Si affaccia sulle numerose piante di Rosmarino che (soprattutto nel periodo primaverile) emanano il loro profumo e appagano la vista con i mille fiorellini color lilla. Ideale per chi ama passare momenti in totale relax sotto il fresco pergolato.

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Die Designer-Wohnung mit sehr hohen Decken wurde 2023 als Loft komplett restauriert und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Bar a 50 m, moltissimi ristoranti a 150 m. appartamento adatto anche a chi viaggia senza auto fermata bus a 100 m.Posizione strategica per visitare le miniere di Calamita,ottima soluzione per motociclisti e ciclisti.Parcheggio moto comunale libero proprio vicinissimo 10 m.Il tramonto la sera dal terrazzo è stupendo.Non ha Riscaldamento.Dal 01/10 al 04/10/21 cii sono ordinananzeche limitano il traffico e strade chiuse causa manifestazioni sportive.
