This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

The cozy loft in our family home has a separate entrance and private parking. A lobby, separate toilet, living room (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), full kitchen, double bed and bathroom. A small cozy backyard is landscaped. "Chez Lou" is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. (Hot tub May to October). We are in Baelen, near the Hautes Fagnes and the Michel hut for beautiful walks. A stone's throw away, Aachen or Eupen, for activities, shops and restaurants.

Modern, light-flooded, well-maintained apartment with a view of the Venn. Separate entrance house number 13b. On the 1st floor, there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with baby cot. On the gallery is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300m from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the nearby area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt and Vogelsang Castle.

A perfect place to discover the region which offers a multitude of activities, such as hiking with the Gileppe dam, the Hautes Fagnes, big cities like Aachen, Liège, Maastricht, Christmas markets... Ideally located in the center of the village, close to shops and accessible by public transport or bike.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
