This charming studio with dream views is located in the heart of the South Ardeche. Beautiful old atmosphere, comfortable and beautiful views! A little corner of paradise. This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, LV/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dishwasher towel, 1 bedroom (bed 140cms), Wc/bathroom. Check-in is between 15:00 and 00:00 and checkout is by 11:00.

Enjoy a stylish home: Les Vans historic center. Workshop style, loft, uncluttered. 2nd floor. Comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher, connected screen etc. Queen size bed, under roof window to enjoy the starry nights in Cevennes. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the property. Ideally placed to discover the region. Swimming, walks, canoeing, climbing, etc. ten minutes from the house. I've created a guide for recommended activities.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Very nice modern apartment with private garage,air-conditioned city center near shops,restaurants , historic center, 40 m2 on the 3rd and top floor(without elevator). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge,freezer,dishwasher, induction stove,oven,microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,dryer) open to the living room with storage , desk area,TV,an independent bedroom (queen bed) with dressing room, shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.
