Apt au 3eme et dernier étage d’un immeuble typique. Super calme. Grande chambre (clim) et grand salon (wifi, tv, Netflix compris) Joli balcon avec la tête dans les arbres l’été, la vue sur les toits de Marseille l’hiver. 20 min à pied du vieux port, 10 min à pied du cours Julien, du Parc Longchamps, de la gare St Charles. Proche toutes commodités - 5/10 min à pied : supermarché, marché, boulangerie, bar, restau … Un lit bébé sur place. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue.
