This villa is located directly in front of the famous Salinas de Calpe, a wooded nature reserve with a tranquil lagoon with flamingos and a variety of bird species. The majestic Peñón de Ifach can be admired through the expansive windows, and Calpe's most renowned beaches lie on either side. A twelve-minute walk to the right takes you to Cantal-Roig and Arenal-Bol beaches, while a fifteen-minute walk to the left brings you to La Fossa beach. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
