Between Niort and La Rochelle, at the gates of the Poitevin marsh, this small house is located in the center of Mauze sur le Mignon. Bakery and bar/tobacconist/newsstand right next door as well as restaurants, pharmacy, schools, shops, municipal pool and train station 5 min walk. A parking space is dedicated in the shared courtyard. Bed and shower linens included.
