Nice little apartment with sea views.

Hi , I present to you this pretty little apartment completely renovated which has been a family property for 30 years! We usually spend our vacations during the summer season, which we want to share outside the season because the setting is very nice! A sea view with a sea-facing terrace where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the setting. The residence is very quiet and very friendly, it has a staircase that goes down to a cove which we consider to be private. You can go fishing, as you stroll along the beach with a free 200 m launch for your boat if you want to bring it. Next to the apartment, we have a bike path to go to town or for a stroll. Charming sea view apartment, 50 m from the Thalasso!

Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME, 38 m2 + 6 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA VIEW terrace and greenery. In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

This apartment is located in Sainte Marie sur Mer, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate garden. In a warm and comfortable atmosphere, you will find a 30 m2 living room, kitchen and living room, a 15 m2 bedroom and a shower room. Our apartment has been recently renovated! It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.

Apartment offering a bright room with sofa bed rather suitable for a child, teenager and its equipped kitchen area, a bedroom and bathroom with toilet. The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor without elevator access. Being in the city center, it can be difficult to park, especially during the summer. We can't control nighttime noise Ideal location for doing everything on foot, shops, restaurants and walks along the coastal path.

Beachfront house with direct beach access. Renovated in 2020, it is bright and functional. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 enclosed terrace with sea view, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 equipped kitchen. Numerous possible activities: swimming, shore fishing, walking on the coastal path... Restaurants, press and bread supply 300 m away. Quiet environment with beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

Charming studio located in the port of Pornic.

Welcome to our charming studio located 100 m from the port and downtown Pornic. Its location is ideal, you can do everything on foot and go to the main shops, bakery, supermarket but also the boutiques, the many restaurants, the historic center as well as the Ria park, the seaside with its coves all different and atypical. Yes, everything is within walking distance!!!! This functional 35 m² studio + 10 m² terrace is equipped to accommodate 2 people.

Very warm, clean and comfortable space with southwest terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes. Flexibility of dates, don't hesitate to call me. The rate can be adjusted based on the number of rental days.
