Nice little apartment with sea views.

Hi , I present to you this pretty little apartment completely renovated which has been a family property for 30 years! We usually spend our vacations during the summer season, which we want to share outside the season because the setting is very nice! A sea view with a sea-facing terrace where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the setting. The residence is very quiet and very friendly, it has a staircase that goes down to a cove which we consider to be private. You can go fishing, as you stroll along the beach with a free 200 m launch for your boat if you want to bring it. Next to the apartment, we have a bike path to go to town or for a stroll. Residential area with pretty facades, facing the waterfront promenade, the Saint-Nazaire bridge near the fisheries. How can you not fall in love with such a place? On the 2nd floor of a small building with only 3 apartments. This apartment will charm you. Very nice living room facing the sea with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room, toilet. Very bright.

Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME, 38 m2 + 6 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA VIEW terrace and greenery. In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!
