The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Within a Poney Landais breeding farm, in the heart of our stables, we welcome you to our 80m2 accommodation. You will enjoy a large living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. In the bathroom, shower and bathtub are available. Our cottage is located on the edge of the Nantes to Brest Canal, and close to the Gâvres forest. (The horses are in the stables from October to April, they are in the meadow the rest of the year)

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
