The 1st bedroom is also the living room and provides access to the bathroom-toilet and the 2nd bedroom. 2 double beds, a single bed that serves as a sofa. Linen and cleaning included. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.
