The 1st bedroom is also the living room and provides access to the bathroom-toilet and the 2nd bedroom. 2 double beds, a single bed that serves as a sofa. Linen and cleaning included. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

This old barn has been transformed into a house by a couple of architects and landscapers. It is located near the village of La Perrière, just a few minutes' walk from the Bellême Forest. On the edge of a charming hamlet, you can enjoy an unobstructed view and absolute calm.
