This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Annex and its year-round heated POOL is a charming cottage with industrial decor, fully equipped, very pleasant for spending time with family or friends. Bedrooms with private shower room, walk-in shower, large beds made on arrival. The Annex is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29°. A large terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture, swing and barbecue. Atypical indoor games room for kids to enjoy.

In the heart of the Sézannais vineyard, the accommodation is functional and cozy. Approximately 70 m2, renovated in 2017. Living/dining room with kitchenette (freezer, TV, Tassimo) and sofa bed (1 person). Bedroom with a bed for 2 people (TV) Bedroom with two single beds. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms and Wi-Fi. Possibility to visit the cellar and we can offer you a Champagne tasting. Cleaning and linen included.
