You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the motorway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

My place is halfway between Lille and Douai, 20 minutes from each of these big cities. We have a train station in Phalempin, which is 10 minutes from the house, we are also 5 minutes from the state forest. You will enjoy this charming country house of 70 m2, in a very peaceful setting. It consists of a living room with a dining room, 2 shower rooms and 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a private parking closed by an electric gate.
