Nestled in the native tropical jungle, this 5,000 sq ft. custom home was designed and built by internationally renowned architect Enrique Zozaya. The property is set back from the beach, with views of the jungle and beach from the vanishing edge infinity pool in the living room! Fully stocked kitchen for your use and maid service is included. Delicious breakfasts and dinners are available from our caretaker Reyna who is the best cook in town accommodating celiac, vegan and vegetarian diets.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath home with a private ocean front deck and splash-pool. Two A/C units recently replaced. Open the living room, kitchen and deck to bring nature right into the home. Strong fiber optic internet, new furnishings, and a full kitchen. The Sofia building has the best views right down the beach. There are no stairs from your car, and it's not necessary to cross rocks to access the beach from this unit. We have two new bikes (M&L) with lights you can rent separately.

Our large 1 bedroom master suite w/ king bed and his & hers bathroom and 1 1/2 bath with outdoor shower, is beautifully decorated with a casual modern flare. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans for cooking and baking or step outside to the grassy lawn grilling fish from the daily fish market on our built in gas grill. See beautiful sunsets from the condo or head out to the pool and lap pool with sunset cocktails to take in the beauty.
