Located in La Madeleine, on the 5th floor of a quiet and secure building with an elevator. The apartment is cozy and fully equipped! You’ll also enjoy a lovely green view thanks to the shared garden. An underground parking spot is available for your convenience. It takes just 5 minutes by tram to reach Lille’s two main train stations. On foot, it’s about 20 minutes—and there’s a bike-sharing station right outside the building. Bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy… all just a 2minute walk away!

Nice and bright apartment, fully renovated. Enjoy all the activities and tours of Lille and its surroundings. You will have access to the common areas (bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony) Very convenient for reaching Pierre Mauroy Stadium by metro, 6 km away! Room located less than 2 km from old Lille, with a bus or tram every 5 minutes to Lille Flandres station (central metro point) Also a 15-minute walk from the banks of Deule for walks or bike rides.

The apartment consists of an entrance with cupboards, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 people 140 X 190 overlooking a private outdoor access, 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 X 190, shower room (shower, toilet, washing machine). In an art deco residence, on the top floor, we offer a 73 m2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet (+1 balcony and a small terrace). The apartment is located in La Madeleine, at the foot of the tram (2/3 stops from Lille Europe and L. Flandres), and the center of Lille is also within walking distance (12 min).
