Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Buron lost in the mountains at 1300m altitude. it is only accessible on foot from the farm of La Loubeyre. A unique experience with breathtaking views of the Sancy and the lakes of the Cézallier. to know the life of the buronniers of yesteryear. WARNING: The indoor water is cut off in winter. There is still an accessible tap in the bathroom for drinking water, kitchen and toilet. The complete circuit is restored in Spring. Do not use the wood stove, it is broken.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €38 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese with fruit, a bottle of wine).
