The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

The house is located in a property in front of our home. It has a terrace. The 30m2 house offers: - a living room with an open equipped kitchen. - a shower room with separate toilet. - one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double bed. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, as well as a coffee maker.

This cottage is located on the edge of the canal in a small village, 1km from the train station and shops, quiet, on the edge of the forest of Fontainebleau, and only an hour from the center of Paris.
