Casa Cisse is a wonderfully beautiful renovated apartment in the Zeniamar district of Orihuela Costa. Downstairs there is a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a dining room. Upstairs is a warehouse, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a rooftop terrace with a barbecue area and a fixed sun canopy. The direction of the apartment is to the west, so the evening sun heats the apartment comfortably even during the winter months. The apartment was carefully maintained. The building has great gardens and an extensive pool area.

Modern quiet apartment - large sunny garden

You will love it in our extraordinary, beautiful, modern ground-floor corner apartment. We have a large private garden with fruit trees, sun from sunrise to 8 pm, and shadow if desired. There is a patio with adjustable glass curtains. It is a direct entrance to the 18 m. pool through the garden via a gate which can conveniently be locked if you have small children. There are three bikes and an easy ride to shopping, and several beaches. Short walk to restaurants.
