This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Come and stay in this quiet little cocoon in the countryside with heated pool (28°) open early May to late September located 2 minutes from the village Luché Pringé classified as a small town of character with all nearby shops. In the village, a leisure base and swimming pool open in the summer with many bike paths. Ideally located on the banks of the Loir... near La Flèche zoo (15 km), LE MANS 24h circuit (35 km), Château du Lude (10 km) and less than an hour from Tours, Saumur, Angers

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Enjoy the whirlpool bath in the bedroom, a 180 x 200 king size bed, fiber optic internet, and everything you need to spend one or more nights. Check-in is independent and discreet. A bottle of sparkling wine is offered as well as coffee capsules, chocolate and tea bags for breakfast. You have a raclette set, a fondue set and a chocolate set.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom. A TV corner with sofa.
