Our holiday home, a 3-star classified tourist accommodation (sleeps 5), is nestled in a green setting, 15 minutes from Angers, in the heart of the Basses Vallées (Natura 2000 site). Fully equipped, it offers 2 bedrooms, a veranda, a garden, a heated swimming pool from June to September, accessible from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6:30 pm, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge of €9 per person. However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Chalet Vintage Les Belles Ouvrières

Ce chalet se situe à 10min du Zoo de la Flèche et à 30 min du circuit des 24h du Mans. Ce logement à une capacité totale de 5 personnes avec un étage. Il est équipé d'une cuisine aménagée , d'un salon avec un canapé trois places, de deux poufs et d'un écran plat connecté de 55 pouces, une salle de douche et un WC indépendant. A l’étage, les pièces desservies sont deux chambres équipées d'un lit de 140*200 chacune, et d'un coin nuit aménagé d'un lit de 80*200 .

Ideal for a family vacation with its 65 m2 living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom equipped with a spa bath. Ideally located on the edge of the forest and surrounded by meadows, you can take many walks and meet sheep, llamas and horses.

The accommodation is located 2 steps from La Flèche Zoo. You may have the chance to hear the cry of monkeys or roaring lions, change of scenery guaranteed. Have fun with the whole family at this place with a pool and play area. Bike path for nice rides, with 2 adult bikes available. King size bed 180 x 200 cm in the mezzanine area. For the second bed, it's a real comfortable mattress in the 140 x 190 cm sofa. Bed made on your arrival, bed linen provided.

Meals and breakfast possible on request. WIFI and bed linen provided. 5 min from the highway you can reach Angers, Saumur or La Flèche in 30 min.
