Unique & enchanting cave house

More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Beautiful villa with jacuzzi pool and fire pit

Functional villa pleasant to live with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . It has an unheated swimming pool (open from 30/04 to 01/10), a hot tub heated all year round, a fire pit (prohibited from 01/06 to 30/09) , a swing and petanque area. Winter fireplace. TV of the accommodation in ground floor room. We ask for calm because it is located in a subdivision with a very quiet neighborhood. No music outdoors. All shops in Salernes Market on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The house for rent is a 1 contemporary house of 200m2, in a landscaped garden of 1500 m2 for 8 people. Mosaic infinity pool secured by an electric curtain. Two beautiful views, one on the gulf of Cavalaire sur mer, the other on the Mediterranean countryside and the village of Gassin. 1 km from the Village, 2 km from gigaro and close to Saint Tropez while remaining quiet. Great proximity to beaches. Not overlooked.
