Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Lots of charm for this apartment in the heart of Lyon, on the quai St Vincent. Beautiful view of all Lyon and in particular Fourvière, due to the height of the apartment (5th floor with elevator elevator). Very clear apartment, very pleasant for a stay in Lyon. Great for couple . 5 min walk to City Hall subway station, bus station at the bottom of the house. All nearby shops, including the Halle Martinière with its market gardeners and fresh products.
