Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

"The Nest" at Les Granges - Chalet with luxury spa

Little private chalet in the 5* Les Granges d’en Haut complex (free spa access). Incredible views of Mont Blanc from the open plan living room with balcony. Ten minute walk to ski lifts and restaurants in Les Houches. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. Projector for movie nights. It's a little bit of luxury in the heart of the mountains, with adventures right on your doorstep in all directions. Note, the spa is closed Mon and Tue from 5th May to 30th June, and all of Nov.

Hamlet house from 1820 with magnificent views of the lake, mountains and Duingt Castle. Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! At the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails. At the crossroads of the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand and at the foot of legendary passes. (Les Aravis) Small "extras": Beds made on arrival. Towels and linens provided. At your disposal: maps, plans, brochures... and advice of all kinds.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
